Value Proposition & Brand Positioning
In its simplest terms, a value proposition is a positioning statement that explains what benefit your organization provides, who it provides this benefit to, and what makes your organization unique and exceptional in the delivery of this benefit. It describes your target buyer, the problem your organization solves, and why you’re distinctly better than the alternatives. Market research allows you to determine exactly what benefits a customer wants and how much the customer is willing to pay for them.
